HOME APPLICATION
- Relaxation: Diffuse 3-5 drops for 20-30 minutes.
- Muscle Relief: Massage sore areas with 2-3 drops diluted in carrier oil.
- Better Sleep: Place 2 drops on a tissue near your pillow.
- Skincare: Apply 1 drop diluted in 1 tsp carrier oil to blemishes.
- Air Freshening: Mist 5 drops in water from a spray bottle.
- Bath Soak: Mix 5-7 drops with carrier oil or Epsom salts in warm water.
- Hair Care: Add 2 drops to shampoo/conditioner.
- Circulation: Massage legs/feet with 3 drops in carrier oil.
