HOME APPLICATION
- Aromatherapy: Add 4–6 drops to a diffuser for relaxation.
- Digestive Tea: Mix 1 drop (food-grade only) with warm water or tea.
- Massage Oil: Dilute 5 drops in 1 tbsp carrier oil for sore muscles.
- Detox Bath: Combine 5 drops with 1 cup Epsom salts in a warm bath.
- Air Freshener: Mix 10 drops with water in a spray bottle.
